Our Founders & CEOs
After both had been able to gain their own experience in the ERP environment in different positions for over 10 years, Nancy Krüger and Robert Wendler met in 2019 at an international start-up in Berlin. Together, they built an 18-person in-house ERP team and, as Global Heads of ERP, they were responsible for a total of 5 successful live launches on 3 continents. Nancy and her team took over all product management tasks such as stakeholder management, roadmap planning and product ownership, while Robert and his development team focused completely on technical tasks (implementation concepts and the development of extensions, setup and maintenance of the infrastructure, SLA testing, updating the ERP system, etc.). Both noticed already at that time that this cooperation was characterized by extraordinary effectiveness and efficiency, but also a lot of success, trust and joy at work. When Nancy left the company in 2021, they parted ways again – but not forever…
In 2022, Nancy Krüger founded Bonfire Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt) with the idea of being allowed to accompany new ERP projects at various customers. In 2023 Robert Wendler joined Bonfire Solutions and was also appointed as managing director. At the same time, the UG became a GmbH.
Since then, they have again had the opportunity with concentrated power to lead customer projects to success together….
Nancy Krüger, Founder & CEO Nancy Krüger has been working in the ERP environment since 2006. During this time, she was able to gain extensive experience in classic and agile project management.She has a broad background in consulting and is therefore an expert in the conception and implementation of ERP solutions. Robert Wendler, Founder & CEO Robert Wendler has been involved in the implementation and realization of ERP solutions for over 13 years. As a specialist for Business Central and Dynamics NAV, he has many years of experience in extension development, project management, and consulting.His focus is on the technical challenges in development, connection of additional systems, SQL optimization or infrastructure management (On-Premise and Cloud).
