Your Role Includes ⚙️:
• Advising and supporting our customers in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analyzing and documenting business processes as well as conceptualizing tailored solutions in the areas of finance, purchasing, sales, warehousing, and production
• Actively participating in ERP projects, from conception to go-live support
• Collaborating closely with our development team to realize customized solutions for our customers
• Continuously ensuring quality and performing professional testing
• Providing support during the presales phase
Professional Requirements 💻:
• You have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central standard and relevant expertise in business processes across various industries and project management in the ERP field
• You approach complex topics analytically and methodically
• You stand out for your high level of initiative and sense of responsibility
• You speak and write fluently in both German and English
